When you purchase your annual subscription with PULSE of the Great Lakes, your account is set up for automatic annual renewal at the subscription rate at the end of your subscription term. Though we do not offer refunds on your current subscription, you have the flexibility to cancel your annual subscription at any point during the subscription term, with the service concluding at the end of the current annual term.
